- Where are the Flags Forever products manufactured?
All Wooden Flags listed on our website are made in USA. Other products i.e. Hats, Apparel etc. May be imported. See individual listing for details.
- Do I need to create an account and register?
No, it is not required but there are many benefits of creating an account and registering with https://www.flagsforever.com/To start with it helps us if we have your details in case, we need to contact you about your order. When you register, you're able to view your order history including where an order is as well as re-printing returns notes and invoices. Most of all you can save your addresses for quicker and easier ordering the next time.
- Why should I subscribe to Flags Forever Newsletter?
When you subscribe to Flags Forever Newsletter, we keep you informed on the upcoming discounts and also keep you updated with all the new products, sales and new deals.
- Is my personal information kept private?
Any information that you share with us is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.

- Do you offer Gift certificates?
At present we don’t offer Gift certificates, in the near future we will start to offer Flags Forever gift certificates.
- Do you offer money back guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 30 Day money back guarantee in case you are not satisfied with your purchase.
PAYMENT AND ORDERS FAQ
- Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major cards like Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Discover, Elo and American Express. We also accept payments by Amazon, Diners Club, Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
- Can I amend my order?
You can add items to your order until you confirm payment details and complete your order. Once completed you cannot amend your order.
- Where's my order?
To check the status of your order please refer to your order confirmation email for delivery estimates. If you have any queries, feel free to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- How long does it take to process my payment?
We process your order once the payment is verified. Please note that we never take the payment from your account until the item has been shipped. We only take the payments once the order has been shipped.
- Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed or cancelled after 30 minutes of ordering time. We begin preparing your order at our earliest after it is placed. - I am having problems accessing the checkout, what should I do?
If you're having problems accessing the checkout or any part of our website, then please get in contact with us immediately so we can fix this for you.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY FAQ
- Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer fast and free shipping on all orders.
- Do you offer International Shipping?
No, At the moment we do not offer international shipping. We deliver only to the USA and Canada.
- Do you ship orders to multiple addresses?
Yes, you can buy multiple items in one order and send them to different addresses. We ship orders to multiple addresses all you need to is simply specify the details of your delivery precisely at the time of check out.
- How long does the delivery take?
Delivery may take 2 to 5 business days. You will be notified, once the order has been processed. Please note that the delivery time may vary during holidays. We generally ship your order within 24 hours, except orders that are placed over the weekend or on bank holidays; these will be sent out on the next working day.
- Can I get my order delivered to a different address?
Yes! When ordering please specify an alternative address where you want your delivery. You need to mention the different delivery address in the Order Notes. Please note that we cannot change the delivery address of a confirmed order.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS FAQ
- Can I return the product if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
Yes! You can return the product within 30 days of the purchase of the product. The item must be in the original condition and in their original packaging. For more info, please check our return policy here.
- Can I return items purchased on sale?
Yes, You can return items purchased on sale unless otherwise noted in the description.
- How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. then your refund will be processed within 3 business days. For more details check our refund policy.
- I have received a damaged product? What should I do?
We are really sorry if you received a damaged product. Accidents are sometimes unavoidable. Don't worry. Simply Grab a picture of the damage product and send it to us together with a description of the problem along with your order details within 7 days to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make sure to get a replacement out to you right away.
- Do I have to pay any charges for returning a product?
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for any return shipping charges.

25. Where is Flags Forever Located? Flags Forever is located in Orlando FL, our production shop is located in Winter Garden, FL.
26. Does Flags Forever Have a Retail Location? although we do not have a retail location, our products are sold at several retail locations in Central Florida including the World Famous Trader Mae's Market in Apopka, FL and Geared Up Army Navy Store located in Merritt Island, FL
27. How long has Flags Forever Been In Business? Flags Forever was officially incorporated in November of 2019. Prior to our incorporation we had operated as a sole proprietorship since April of 2012
28. How Long Do I Have to Wait Until I Receive my new Flag? One of the best things about purchasing from Flags Forever is that all of the products that you see on our website are in stock and ready to ship. Depending on the time of day you place your order we typically ship our products the same day, you will receive a notification with a tracking number as soon as we ship your new Flag or Sign!
29. What if I am not Happy with My Purchase? Our top priority is having Happy Customers! We will absolutely refund or exchange your purchase within the first 30 days no questions asked. Simply email us at email@example.com with your order number, and ship us back your item and we will refund your purchase amount less shipping,
30. Can I Hang My New Flag Outside? Yes! Each one of our flags is treated with 3 separate coats of Minwax Helmsman which is a high quality outdoor wood protection. Your flag will last for years and is protected from UV, Moisture and Rain. If your Flag will be outside directly in the elements (as opposed to on a covered porch or patio area) we do suggest spraying your flag once a year in the late fall with Minwax Helmsman (Available at Lowes) or a similar product to keep your Flag looking great year after year.
31. Do your Flags come pre installed with Hanging Equipment? Yes, every one of our flags has a heavy duty hanging wire (or corner brackets for smaller signs and flags) that is screwed directly into the flag with a heavy duty wood screw and washer. Our large flags weigh approx. 13lbs, the wire and screws will easily hold in excess of 40Lbs.
32. Do you Make Custom Flags or Signs? Yes! We love making custom items. we can engrave names, badge numbers, change colors, sizes and make just about anything you can dream of.
